"An amazing experience from start to finish! Less than 10 mins after I provided and sent my contact info on CarGurus.com I received a call from the dealership! Terry (the salesperson) was courteous and not at all pushy! :) he worked around and made himself available around my schedule. After test driving I knew I wanted this car but was terrified over the process of affording it. Terry told me he can make dreams come true and he did just that!
It was the best and most incredible experience I ever had at a preowned dealership! They even gave me a fair and "generous" trade-in on my 10 yr old SUV! "STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! This was absolutely
the worst experience with a salesperson in my life. The car was
not there, I had to walk around in the rain looking for it with the
salesperson - though i had an appointment and when i told him
that i wasn't staying and got into my car he grabbed my car door
as i was trying to close it - i told him to get his hands off of my car
and he told me i didn't have to be "ignorant about it". OMG!!!!! 1st
he doesn't even know what the word ignorant means bcz he is a
used cars salesman and second - he was a complete bully. His
name was Nick. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!"
