We took the test drive then my girls were able to have popcorn (they even made them a fresh batch) and watch tv while we made the deal. The price on the vehicle was great! The finance guy I spoke with was Preston - another great experience. This dealership is class from start to finish...I even drove off the lot in my pre-owned vehicle with a full tank of gas! I will take the drive from my home in McHenry to Schaumburg to get my car serviced - yes, I was that impressed!"

"Very Poor- I simply inquired if 2 cars I was interested in purchasing were still available. I received my 1st response, one week later, not answering the specific request. Another e-mail from a "sales manager" appologizing for the hand over and still not answering my specific inquiry- then a 3rd e-mail from the "sales manager", introducing different cars for sale.
A simple "NO...what else may I help you with", would have kept my interest. If this is indicative of how True Saab does business or follows up with their customers- I will certainly not be giving them my business."

"well first off I just wanna say I drove an hour an a half to the dealership. when I got there I was sat down and got my car looked at mind u they low balled and offered me not even close to what I was looking for after I told them that wouldn't work they pretty much said " k bye ." I do not recommend them to anyone . by far worst costumer services ever !!!"
