We purchased a Kia Optima brand new because of the warranty. We were having problems and brought to store. They charged us $112.00 to look at it. They said the charge would be waived if they found a problem. They could not find a problem but added oil to the vehicle (for 112.00). 2 weeks later, brought back. They said it need a new engine and that there was no oil. They wanted proof that we had oil changed, however, they themselves had it 2 weeks earlier and added oil. I have the receipt to prove it. So where did the oil go and why didnt they find a problem 2 weeks prior. They wanted to charge us $4500 for a new engine. I will never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend anyone else does. I will also never buy a Kia."
