"Their cars aren't worth it. One wouldn't start, two had knocking engines, and the "knowledgeable" agent didn't seem to know what was wrong with them. "It's not the engine" isn't the correct answer when the engine is knocking so loud you can hear it inside the car and outside of it. If you go, take your own soap for the bathroom, apparently they cannot afford that luxury item. "
