were several scratches and scuffs which were quite
noticeable. When I asked the dealer about removing
them, his response to me was, "I can do whatever
you want to the car, but, it's going to cost money." I
felt the attitude of the dealer left me feeling as if they
were doing me a favor by trying to sell me the car
and I shouldn't be so picky."
