“Sporty and useful”
Its a Jeep so the suspension is a little springy or stiff. Love the rear-wheel drive, such a big difference over most daily drivers. It has a wierd harmonic or slight stutter or shaking when in Drive @ idle (like a stop light). Took it to the dealer under warranty and they could not locate the cause or fix it. "I emailed them on a specific used car, and asked that I not be called - A simple email of the price and confirmation that the vehicle is still available would have been sufficient. In all I received 4 calls from 2 different people, neither of whom had apparently read my CarGurus -sourced email. They also didn't track the stock number of the vehicle with my contact info, so when they called they had no idea which car I was interested in, and neither Sales Reptile could answer my simple questions. Very poor way of securing my business, which I took elsewhere."

"When I arrived for my appt to test drive a new car, I was escorted into a little office and asked inane questions, such as "Why are WE looking for a new car right now?" and "How are WE going to pay for this car?" After the test drive, back in the office, I learned that the price online was deceptive and did not include nitrogen tires and a tint package, even though I was assured before coming to test drive that the online price included everything. They also asked for my driver's license, disappeared and left me for over 10 minutes waiting in this office; because they had my driver's license, I could not leave and was trapped there. I will never do business with this dealership."

"Internet manager disclosed that the car had navigation and back up
camera, which it did not. Car was not clean or ready for test drive when
I arrived for scheduled appointment. Lastly, they undervalued my
trade-in by 1500 $. The carfax was less than stellar, with multiple
owners and a car auction in the history. When I didn't take their deal,
they did the classic, "let me see..." and came back with improved value
for my trade-in. They had "gotten a call" that verified the value! I don't
respond to unscrupulous sales tactics, and I don't believe there's a
magical wizard in the office who burps out erroneous values or assigns
cars with features they don't have. I left the subpar car and the subpar
dealers in Greenville.
