"After couple days of negotiating we both agreed our deal was done; I explained I just needed a break down of the final numbers, and I would give my deposit; the sales rep. said he would send me the breakdown the next day. I Never received the breakdown, but did receive email saying a another car came in with same options, but (1) year older, but $10,000 cheaper, and same color. This email was sent, because they already sold the car I negotiated, without the courtesy of a phone; plus salesman didn't call me back for 2 days; said he didn't have phone service the entire weekend."
