"Very Poor- I simply inquired if 2 cars I was interested in purchasing were still available. I received my 1st response, one week later, not answering the specific request. Another e-mail from a "sales manager" appologizing for the hand over and still not answering my specific inquiry- then a 3rd e-mail from the "sales manager", introducing different cars for sale.
A simple "NO...what else may I help you with", would have kept my interest. If this is indicative of how True Saab does business or follows up with their customers- I will certainly not be giving them my business."

"Car sales person named Wally lied to me.
I inquired about a car on the internet and Wally responded called me and told me that they had the car and if I would like to place a deposit. I did some additinal resarch and then called the dealership back and spoke to another sales person who told me that car had been sold on a few days ago. So I called Wally back and acted like I didn't know that the car was sold and so I told him I was jumping on a plane to pick up the car, he then told me that someone came in within the last hour and naught the car.
I don't know why he even called be if the car was already sold, also they should take the car off the Internet when it was sold.
Big waste of my time"
