"Understanding that I purchased the vehicle "As is", I soon determined that there were major mechanical issues and that certain misrepresentations had been made about information on the CARFAX. When I confronted the salesman, who originally told me he was the owner, he suddenly had to consult his manager to see if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation. There of course was not. End of discussion. I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau."
