"I went to dealer was told it would only take about 10 minutes for approval.
Waited 2 hours. It was tax season so I tried to be understanding. Had to
wait until next day for an answer ( since I had credit issues) on an
approval. Received a call that I was approved by a finance company. I
asked what the terms were. They said they didn't know and would call me
back. Never heard back from them. So I decided to go with someone else. "

"would not recommend, sent email expressing interest in 2 specific cars, expliciting stating if they were not available to advise me immediately, when I arrived I was then told that one was not available, additionally the car had several warning lights on and bald tires-they said they'd fix the problems except the tires and would not deduct anything for that. Additionally, although I know my credit is not great, paying almost 50% interest is out of the question."

"Bought a very clean 94 ford explorer before it went through the auction. I worked at ford dealer body shps for 15 years and am well versed on ford trucks. This one was very clean and well cared for. I asked what the asking price was and put in an offer and we settled for $100.00 over. Customer interaction left a little to be desired though. (had to swap my own plates and scrape off all the stickers and writing on the windows) Didn't think that would be too much to ask for a one hour cash deal! Overall very happy with the purchase."
