"Responded within a couple hours. My second car purchase from this dealer. Bought the car from them, because I really liked the vehicle. Stereotypical used car dealer "slow-roll" experience. They tack on ridiculous charges like wax & interior protection and say it's not optional. Salesman did good job, but sales manager treated me like I was an idiot when I asked questions. Truck had a vibration. Found out it had 2 bent wheels. Reported to salesman. Never heard anything back. Will never shop there again. "

"Our Sales Associate-Melissa Rowlett was AWESOME. We shopped at multiple car dealerships, and while the price at Carmax is a little higher than at other places, after we went to those other places and experienced Hidden Fees, Sales Games, Lying Sales Managers, etc. etc. dealing with Carmax was a relief. The price is what they say it is, there is no pressure, and the customer service is top notch. I personally would rather pay a little more for a vehicle and be treated well, than have to haggle for days over a few hundred dollars and have my heart rate go through the roof.
