So my wife and I test drive the 2008 M45. Nice vehicle I was pretty much sold besides the fact the passenger handle was broken and i tend to be picky about my vehicles. When my wife asked about the sticker price being negotiable the Salesman ( who I won't name ) said NO walked away and as he was walking said, " if you guys want it let me know! " Now I told my wife before we went to Highlands Ranch that in my years of life experience and in Sociological studies it's proven that people of color ( with the exception of a bronco player ) get treated differently when it comes to interest rates and negotiation terms. She didn't believe me so the harsh reality had to be her teacher. To bad for the salesman he didn't realize first, if the price wasn't negotiable why on the website does it say, "make an offer" second I had just sold my SUV and had 10k cash in my pocket for a down payment and last me credits core is well over 700... Nice job genius just lost a good customer and I would never send anyone, regardless of race to your pompous dealership... "

I quickly realized we HAD to get a car quickly. I HATE shopping for cars. I went in to the dealership and spoke to Mike Ward himself. He set me up with an amazing salesman, Duane Smith, who is an encyclopedia of car knowledge. They let me test drive and test drive and test drive. I finally found a used Subaru that I love! They gave me a great price that was super fair. I looked on Craigslist and other dealers, and Kelly Blue Book. The price was just a little lower than if I had bought from a "private party." Overall GREAT experience in a wonderful, clean and modern dealership."
