"Brought the car sight unseen over the Internet and had to drive 3 hours from Chicago to pick it up. On the drive up received a call saying that the check engine light came on while prepping the car. They took the car to the BMW dealer in Grand Rapids and discovered that the ECU needed replaced at a costs of $1500. Preferred picked up the costs but the car wouldnt be ready until following day. They brought me a tank of gas, I drove my old car back to Chicago, and delivered my new car to my office less than 24 hours later. It is rare that someone goes above and beyond to this degree. I would highly recommend shoping Preferred for your next new or used car!"

"I would never recommend this All Motors to anyone. Among other incidents at our visit to this dealership, two of them are most significant. First the price quoted on the advertisement is not the price that they want to sell you the car for; actually they wanted about $2,500 more for the car. Secondly, when they run your credit (mind you they specialize in subprime borrowers), they do not disclose with you your credit information in a private. I wonder if they know that they are violating a person’s privacy!!! Very deceitful and unprofessional!!!!!"

"Corwin is terrible! They didn't listen to what I wanted I was there with my mother who walked slowly w/a cane, I went looking for a specific car told them I bring my mother to/from Dr. Appts. Etc...when the car we came to see turned out to be a salvage vehical they then showed us a mustang so low to the ground I had problems getting in it.....when I refused to even drive but instead said its ok I have a working car now I'll just keep looking and maybe come back later then they were rude to me and my mom.
