How could they have missed that.. The service records were provided showing the rear wheel had been replaced but not the tires.. Two tires show sidewall damage and another Infiniti dealer verified this with me. Numerous attempts to discuss this with willow grove but they send me to someone else and finally service who will not return my call.. I am very disappointed in the service and that they sold me a "no worries" car pretty much as is and I now will get all service done at Holman Infiniti who are amazing so far.. Holman provided new wipers and license plate screws and bracket that WGrove did not take care. "
