Dealer Rating: (8 reviews) "I bought a vehicle they advertised as certified but they were using that as a negotiating point and wanted to charge me more saying not certified even though they tag the ad The day I picked up the car the locks were CHECKED and new remote programmed amazing an hour later the passenger door didn't lock and was actually the door actuator which I needed to get replaced.. How could they have missed that.. The service records were provided showing the rear wheel had been replaced but not the tires.. Two tires show sidewall damage and another Infiniti dealer verified this with me. Numerous attempts to discuss this with willow grove but they send me to someone else and finally service who will not return my call.. I am very disappointed in the service and that they sold me a "no worries" car pretty much as is and I now will get all service done at Holman Infiniti who are amazing so far.. Holman provided new wipers and license plate screws and bracket that WGrove did not take care. "
