They charge a buyers premium of 25% 1-1500, 24% 1501-1900, 20% 2401-2900, 16% 2401-2900,14% 2901-3400, 12% 3401-3900 & 11% 3901- up. They also charge a $99 auction fee, $25 postage fee, and $151 documentary service fee. A minimum of 25% is collected right after the bid or purchase. They only allow one person in the area to sign the bid sheet and collect the money. They can choose whatever amount they want. You then have to wait till the auction is totally done before paying and recieving your vechile. They make you line up and they take your bid sheet. Then you wait in the auction room with very little seating. I waited 3 hours.They call each person by sheets collected. When your name is called you are only allowed one person in the building. There are guys with guns(security I guess) making sure that only one person comes in. I questioned the fees and then was told to come to the room where the security was. I was instructed to call Al on monday. When I came monday Al was the guy who I was talking to on saturday. I waited 2 weeks for my title and then called. I was told it was still there but it would be sent out that day. The only plus was it came the next day. Beware!"

This one was very clean and well cared for. I asked what the asking price was and put in an offer and we settled for $100.00 over. Customer interaction left a little to be desired though. (had to swap my own plates and scrape off all the stickers and writing on the windows) Didn't think that would be too much to ask for a one hour cash deal! Overall very happy with the purchase."
