appointment including getting the car ready. I brought my mechanic.
The car wasn't ready. They stalled and hemmed and hawed. When it
was finally brought out it was totally different that the pictures and in
terrible shape. A total waste of 2 hours."

"Drove 6 hours and car was not even close in shape to the way it was decrived. Perfect condition means dings, dents, scratches and not even cleaned. Then you sit around for hours to get anything done. They cant even get paper work to your dmv before your temp tags expire. "
