The internet sales person went to extra lengths to make sure I got the car. She went to the dealership manager and asked if they could hold the car longer, and waive the deposit fee for holding. This saved me a lot of worry and money. I'm thankful she made the extra effort to ensure I got the car I wanted. The dealership and the bank handled everything. All I had to do was sign a few papers and carry a check for the total amount to the dealership at pick up time. The car was washed and I received $20.00 fuel. I wasn't 100% satisfied with my wash job, but I believe they were a bit busy with all the purchases being made. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and got my dream car. I would recommend them!"
