My husband and I go by not even 30 mins after I called and then the manager says the vehicle is already being held for someone else. The service was terrible. We had to find a salesperson to help us and then he gives us to another salesperson. We were given the bait and switch the next day because the salesman calls and says to hurry to the dealership because the vehicle was now available. Well, when we get there the salesman shows us the vehicle and we actually test drive it, just to find out that the vehicle isn't available after all. Then he tries to get us to buy a mazda or any other vehicle that is on there lot. The salesperson didn't even take in to consideration that my husband works nights and was losing sleep just to be there. Just an overall terrible experience."

I even called before I started out for the dealer... About 10 min after I started out for the dealer the salesman called and said the xB did not have any seats. They were shampooing the carpet. We continued to the dealer to check out the exterior of the vehicle. We came back later on that night to drive the xB. We liked the xB so we started to look at the financing of it. The sales man gave us a choice of three different payment plans.. 48, 60, 72 months. We were asked to pick one... We had done our home work and the 48 month payment was over $100 more than what we had calculated. He had the purchase price of the xB at the top of each column. We did not have the final price of the xB. All the time the salesman would roll his eyes when ever my wife said something... He was just rude. We finally talked to the finance person and got a better idea what our price was and what the monthly payments would be. Thank God they had to fix some things on the xB we had time to think about the price and decided not to purchase the xB. When I got home I calculated the percent to be 12% on the 48 month payment option… A bit high… All and all it was the worst experience we have ever had at a dealer… I would not recommend Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest… I have always heard RED McCombs dealers are “one purchase” dealers and not “repeat purchase” dealers like Tom Benson."
