When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was what we expected except that the interior had obviously not been detailed at all. Chris tried his best to get someone to clean it up to my satisfaction but in the end, I was disappointed with that service. Jessica in the finance dept. was also awesome and very knowledgeable about warrenties and loans. "

It took the entire afternoon & evening for the process to unfold, but they were nice the whole time and in the end, we got what we wanted.
