"Manager of the place was very nice and respectful. Sales guy thought he could try and take a female who grew up in a garage and around cars through a loop. Didn't want to even wash, buff, wax, or detail the vehicle before it left the lot. And gave a hard time over getting a second key. I don't know one car dealership that doesn't let a vehicle leave the lot without a full detail job . However, you talk to the manager and he'll listen to what you have to say. "

"This place is absolutely terrible! The sales manager responded to an email I sent in regards to an offer I had made to purchase a car from his dealership. He responded promptly and made a deal with me about the price of the car. I told him I would be there within the week. I drove 2 hours to the dealership. After I test drove the car I was ready to fill out the paperwork to purchase the car. That's when things got a little went bad. The "Sale Manager" ( the person I had been emailing the entire time) said he must have made a clerical error and could not sell me the car for the price he quoted and agreed on before I made the trip there. He offered another price and I disgusted told him to forget it. This is a classic example of bate and switch!"

"Autotrade for Cochran said to contact the dealer for a price. 5 emails later I still never received a price quote. It was all too frustrating. Everytime I would receive an email from Cochran I would again ask for the price. After email #5 I asked them to remove me from their email list and not to contact me again. I never heard from them again. I believe they wanted me to come into the store and at that point would provide a quote for the car. Didn't want to waste my time or their time if the quote was too high. I explained this to them however they still would not provide a price for the car."
