I was approved and financed for a 2013 Kia optima, all I had to go was drive 170+ miles to go sign paper work and show my proof of residences, and income. We arrive Sunday, May 19, and was told they sold that car the previous day! No one called to tell me that before I drove 2 hours way from home to let me know! Not only did they sell the car but the salesman was rude and couldn't work me another deal. I drove all that way to be treated badly and not get what I was promised. Also, to top it off the salesman offered me $20 for gas, it cost me $80 to get up there! It was a complete insult! I will never do business through them or refer any of my friends/family to them. "

The car that I was interested in was "certified" but had nearly bald tire on the rear (should be >60% tread to be certified). This concerned me a little, as I expect a certified car to meet certain standards, and this could be an indication of other missed items. I did make an offer for the car, which included replacement of the rear tires, and after the sales manager did not accept my offer, I left. I then received at least 10 phone calls from them to come back, although they made it clear that they would not adjust the price from their advertised sale price, and I also made it clear that my offer was final during each phone call (this was a bit annoying - why they kept calling me?). Eventually, I found a car at another Chevrolet dealer that I believe was a better deal, and a better experience. Although I think this dealer is acceptable, it does not compare to the experience I received at a competitor Chevrolet dealer."
