The man seems like he was being bothered; he had no knowledge of the history of the car. Then we get to the financial aspect where he had no knowledge there either. I wasted 2 hours of my time dealing with the sales person; then 2 finance managers who bacially wanted me to finance the car with them when I mentioned many times that I had been pre-approved with other company and I was going to pay cash for the car. Not to mention that they try to sell me a PT Cruiser and a Ford. Since leaving the dealer I've recieved 2 phone calls from the sales person....now he's interested in my business. I will never do business or recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm giving this 1 star rating because its required to post this review...but 1 star is too much!!!!"

When the salesman did arrive he kept leaving us alone for 5-10 minutes at a time. Then, to top it off the salesman passed us on to someone else when we said we didn't need a test drive but simply wanted their "best price" so we could do some comparison shopping between Hyundai dealers. If I could give anything lower than one star I would. I have bought many cars over my lifetime and this has to be the worse dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with."

Sales person stayed in touch except i had to tell her that auto was no longer on sight ;-(( pissed !!!"
