"arrogant, pushy, time-wasting, dishonest, argumentative, had to battle to get them to allow us to take i.t to our mechanic across the street without signing a contract to buy unless something detected wrong with drive train, they wanted to do trade in value of our Jaguar before we could even see the truck which was supposed to be there a day earlier. For people who are ok with being forced to follow their dictate, but not for alpha people who could pay for the whole thing up front"
