I called the dealership and was told that all of the salespeople were in a meeting and that someone would get back to me. After waiting for a callback for 4 hours, I called again and made an appointment to see the car. I arrived about 5 min. early and the receptionist said she would locate the salesperson who made the appointment. She never returned to her desk. I was left waiting 15 min. past my appointment time and when the salesperson finally showed up, he told me the car had "just been sold". These people need to be taught what Customer Service actually means. The whole time I was waiting, not one person approached me to ask if they could help. Evidentally, the word around town is that this is not a place to do business and, based on my experience, I have to agree. "

A problem was encountered with two of the wheels - severe rim runout on one; runout on the second. Dennis Roberts Jr., General Manager of Hillsboro Ford, immediately corrected the problem by providing me, without hesitation, with two new wheels, an outcome far more than the warranty issues demanded! I could not be more pleased with Hillsboro Ford!"
