Questioned the check engine light and why the fog lights weren't working. We were told the car was serviced and near $700 put into car. Asked for the 500-1000 mile warranty. That was denied. Asked if we could take the car to get an inspection outside of their dealership. We were told they were not selling the car to us. Asked us to leave. Feel once the car was put on the rack something was found. We were paying cash. Wanted to protect ourselves. Good luck if you deal with this bunch outside of Brewton, Alabama."

THe Manager did not care at all that he sold us this because we didn't report it unitil 5months post purchase since it was a slow leak! Took the car in for it's FIRST rotation at another facility and we watched them rotate & they found a crushed rim that only a machine could cause. Something an educated consume could not find unless they asked the salesman to take off the tires for inspection! Yet the manager refuses to replace our rim for free. Only for his discounted price of $350!!! THen he blames the other tire company for crushing our rim & refuses to help us! Don't you think we'd go after the tire co that crushed it??? So we are driving on safety defect thanks to Ford until we can afford to replace it! "If you're not satisfied, we're not satisified" is their billboard! BS!!!!!!!!! When I got there the car was nothing like the ad. The car had not even been detailed, the tires were bald, plastic trim hanging from the bumper, etc. I complained and asked to speak to the manager, but the sales guy said "he's busy and does not have time to see you" needless to say, I did not buy a car from them. They were VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them. "
