He said ill be right back , and after 40 min. my wife finally got up and seen him sitting in another office with a different couple working out a sale. Note it was 8:30 at night, he knew I needed to get my little ones back home and in bed, a school night. We waited 20 more minutes, i went to tell manager that I now had to leave. He asked me to hold on and sent a different salesmen to help us. Charlie wrapped up with his higher commission sale, I guess, and never even apologized, offered an explanation, nothing. I bought a car at different dealer the next day .they said they could go no lower, i left. they called nextr day wanting to sell it for exactly what i said i would pay. I was so angry with Charlie for leaving us sitting there over an hour, to help a new walk in with more money. Completely unprofessional."

The tech decided his lunch was more important than my time, went through the drive thru for his lunch, then the car smelled of food. All while I waited. The techs walk through the front of the dealership looking like they are on leave from county jail. The sales rep didn't know much about the car. Even though I have told them of my experience and that i bought elsewhere, I have been called twice called twice to "see if I'm interested in the car" which means they also have a communication problem."
