"Was not impressed. I was interested in used vehicle that needed a window handle replaced (which in my opinion and small cost to the dealer) which they would not fix. Although I like the truck, I needed cruise control which the vehicle did not have. They would add it if I would make the deal. But at my cost. Their response to both of my request is "We set our prices competitively" So basically stating We will not work with you and if you don't like the price, go find another dealership.
I would not recommend this dealership."

"There was no picture of the Dodge Grand Caravan Van but the van we looked at at the dealership was as described. First Texas Honda has a "no haggle policy" and the price of the car we purchased was approximately $1K. The sales representative did not pressure us to buy since there was a no hassle policy so that we felt relaxed and not pressured in making our decision whether to buy the car or not. Overall the sales representative and dealership were very professional and we would certainly recommend First Texas Honda to anyone looking for either a new or used car. "Price advertised is online only if you have the cash or prior financing. Not lot price. Wife wanted it, so paid more. Plates came in, was supposed to pick up manual and second set of keys. There was none. Part that was supposed to be replaced as part of sale was just orcered now a month later. Vibration in the front end that salesman said was wheel balance, they did balance it, but vibration is still there. Will never buy there again and warn others."

"I had an excellent overall experience purchasing the Corvette from Ancira Kia Pre-Owned of San Antonio. My salesperson with Alfred, the Sales Manager was Nathan, and the Make-Ready person was Dave. All three worked with me and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Thye allowed me to inspect the car on a lift, and take it for an extended test drive. They even contacted the previous owner so that he could answer any additional questions I had about the car. They were not "pushy", they worked very well with my bank, and the car was ready for pick-up as promised.
I highly recommend this dealership and will come back the next time I am looking for a car!"
