We got the price we were comfortable with so they told us they would put the vehicle on a courtesy hold Saturday as long as we put money down on Monday to hold it for a week. I went in on Monday to put money down on the vehicle at that time our salesman brought out the paper work which had the price even higher then we originally had agreed on. I told them if anything it was supposed to go down a few hundred not up. The manger comes out and tells me they didn't put my taxes in correctly I proceeded to tell that this is something they need to fix not me. He at this time starts getting loud and tells me the dealership is not going to pay for my taxes and he will not go a penny under. I start yelling back telling him he needs to get the original manager I had made the deal with. He continues to yell back and then asks me how I was planning to pay for the vehicle! I told him cash and he says you are paying the full thing in cash? I said yes all of it. He stops and says oh well then I can take this much off and starts apologizing over and over. Still not what was agreed so I told him I will not go a penny over what we originally agreed so at this point he gave me what I wanted for the price. In the end it should not matter wether I paid cash or was financed. When we went back to get our car I let them know that I would not deal with this guy and if he came over we would walk out with no car. He never came over! We had argued very loudly for about 20 min. Horrible experience!"
