“LOVE IT”
I love the gas mileage it gets on or off the highway. The smoothness of the ride when driving. The Navigation, I LOVE IT ALL!!! The trunk space is huge. I enjoy all the features of my car. The drop down dvd player is the perfect thing for my kids, especially driving to NJ from PA.

"The people there were very nice and willing to work with the prices, but I was very dismayed by the condition of the vehicles on their lot. One of the cars had a check engine light on, another hadn't even been cleaned out on the inside (still had papers and straw wrappers on the floorboard) and another vehicle had a window that was off track. You would think they would fix these things, or advertise that the cars have these problems. Not pleased with the experience."

"They kept changing what was needed. I had at least 4 salespeople talking to me in rapid succession, I don't know if this was/is their tactic but I was very frustrated when I left. Everyone (except the original salesman) seemed like a stereo typical "used car" salesman. I left there went right to Fox Chevrolet and am extremely happy with the car I purchased from them. Stay away from Academy Ford!!"

"I would give them a ZERO! Drove nearly two hours to see a vehicle. Saleswoman called at 1030 but I cancelled out 2 pm appointment. Ended up going at 2 anyway. She was busy so another salesman, Tom offered to help but couldn't find the 06 Tudra. And he refused to say that it had been sold that morning! Imagine my surprise when that same vehicle shows up 4 days later in an internet search!! I called and spoke to Andre the used car manager who quickly admitted they didn't have the truck. He said they frequently advertise vehicles they no longer have to generate customers but always tell the folks who call that they don't have it so it is not "bait & switch". NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE....Honda USA--are you listening?"
