Happy I didn't make the trip to the actual dealership. I would have gave a terrible rating but I think poor is fair since they did call back. "

Ran vin check and the truck came back as 3 different trim levels (Frontier se,pro-4x,and sl. How can a truck have 3 trim levels? The dealer had 2 phone# listed and no one would answer the phone. I did manage to "chat" online with someone named frankie who did have clue what was talking about and did not know if they had the truck or not and had to go out to the lot to see if they did and he would call me back. Never heard from him again. The truck was still listed on cargurus. Finally someone else called me and said the truck was no longer available. I asked if it had been sold? The salesman did not know.I could go on and on but i do not want to spend anymore time dealing with this so-called dealer. Sounds like a pig in a poke to me. "

I was told on the day of purchase that the car would be repaired and ready by 10am (they had 5 days to fix the car). After having to take the whole day off of work, I waited until 4 o'clock and they said that the car wouldn't be ready until that evening at 8 and when I told them that I had an appointment that evening that I couldn't miss, they suggested that I come in the next morning. So I bought a car somewhere else"

Than they couldn't find the key for the car when I came to see the car, and I called ahead to let them know that I was coming and I told them which car I was interesting in. Then I was ready to buy the car and was waiting for the banks to answer..It took two hours! So I had to go, I asked finance manager to call me as soon as he heard ANY news, he promised, but...NEVER called me back! Than another sale rep called me in few days, he didn't know anything. I explained him the situation and asked him to research and got back with me on the results. I had never heard from him again! "

Frank was condescending and lied directly to my face about 1. the free tank of gas that was promised and 2. the tag and title taxes that were supposed to be included in their "dealer procurement costs" which in the end ended up costing me an additional $500 to register my car in N.C. I called and asked for an explanation and no one was willing to take accountability, not even a sincere apology."
