I did not purchase that car, and they were more than gracious and understanding (they were holding the car for me, then I backed out --- I was not very considerate). Re the Honda Element, again they offered fair price with 'no muss no fuss'. The car was sold before I could make a decision - my fault not theirs. I would highly recommend them for purchase of new or used car. They are THE BEST - and make the car buying experience very easy - especially if you are a woman, buying without a man or other person assisting. No worries that you will not be dealt with fairly."

I understand business need to make a profit but be honest about it, I feel I was deceived by the sales manager and I am very sticky about honesty.
