"Worst car buying experience ever. The adverstised price includes an assumed down payment, but is not listed as such nor is there an asterisk. Emailed and spoke to the dealer prior to making an out of the way trip with every intention of purchasing the vehicle at the advertised price. Do not waste your time with this dealer, they are the reason folks hate buying cars as there was nothing honest about my interaction with them. Sold my van to CarMax for $6500 their offer was $1500. Totally Laughable..."

"worst dealer ever. Sealed a deal on line, confirmed by phone, went all way over ro Randolph to pay, signed papers, gave my credit card, agreed to pay entire amount then & there. After over an hour, the salesman says the manager said the deals off. Spoke to the manager, (who I have written confirmation for the deal) who said he wasn't selling me the vehicle. Obviously a bait & switch since I did not agree to his $500 for a trade in on my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer (1998). He had his number for the entire deal all the while. His rep Jeremy was supposed to return my call or email 2 weeks later to see if another vehcle was available. Guess what? Nada! No reply! Nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! BBB of NJ is being contacted."
