"We found a really good deal on a vehicle at this dealership. However, we were told on the phone twice before we went to look at the car that we would be given a fair trade in price on our vehicle. We drove an hour to get to this dealership and when we got there we received the lowest quote on our trade-in vehicle that we had received at 4 other dealerships; the biggest difference in price was $4,000. We understand that it can be difficult to appraise a vehicle over the phone, but if we were at least given a general idea that this dealership would not be worth our time and effort, we could have saved on valuable time, mileage and gas. Once we sell our vehicle privately, we do not plan on returning to this dealership to do business. "
