These trucks (GMC and Cheavy HD's) are amazing work horses, With the duramax diesel and the alliston trannys, make for great power and a smooth ride. The truck towed the test trailer (15500lbs) great and kept accerating all the way up Clappisons Corners (47% hill 5 miles long). "The vehicle I purchased had been wrecked. The dealership kinda knew about it but did not tell all of their sales personnel.I was the last to know. The CARFAX did not indicate any wreck. The excuse was given that the time of the accident had not been updated by CARFAX. It was a deer strike which thoough dangerous - did not disturb the integrity of the vehicle. After some heated conversation - we hammered out a way to make good the sale. Otherwise they were excellent. Word to the wise - do not use CARFAX as the ultimate truth."
