OK, they need a profit, but they listed it on car gurus for 12,995.00. I understand business need to make a profit but be honest about it, I feel I was deceived by the sales manager and I am very sticky about honesty. Know what your trade in is worth if you deal with this dealership"

I did not purchase that car, and they were more than gracious and understanding (they were holding the car for me, then I backed out --- I was not very considerate). Re the Honda Element, again they offered fair price with 'no muss no fuss'. The car was sold before I could make a decision - my fault not theirs.
