For the most part, it was a relaxed experience, they were patient with me, and everyone asked if I was being attended to (better than some other shops I visited). There was a "salesly" part to the close of the deal, where the extended warranty was discussed, and when I met the used car manager, he came across as though I had irritated him already, and we had just met. That part didn't feel as receptive as I'd like. My salesperson, Liz, was engaging and conversational, and I would recommend and refer to her for others in the process."
