Buying a car from out of state, based on pictures, a Carfax, and the word of a car salesman could have turned into a very stressful experience but Randy O’Brien at Koons Automotive of Wilmington was a delight to work with! He was true to his word in every way and did everything possible to make this the best car buying experience we've ever had! We flew into Philadelphia from Chicago and he met us at the airport, even though it meant staying late (on a Friday night no less). The car was EXACTLY as promised! Maple Shade Mazda claimed the vehicle was completely accident free with no body work. Upon my inspection, I could easily determine this vehicle's door panel had been previously painted. Maple Shade Mazda had to have known this vehicle had body work. I refused to consider other vehicles on Maple Shade Mazda's lot and left the lot because any "trust" of this salesperson and/or dealer was now gone. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealer who I found to be very helpful and sincere. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!"
