simple questions I had about the car for sale - did they still have
the car? did it have heated seats? was it a salvage title or not? I
received 5 automated, generic emails in the 3 days that followed,
but no reply to the car in question or my questions. I finally had to
"unsubscribe" from the emails, which I never subscribed to in the
first place. I finally called the dealership and was told the car was
sold. 10 days later the car is still on their website."
