They were friendly and helpful and great with follow up. Looking back at my email the name of the fellow who contacted me was Avery Lawrence. Straight forward and patient in answering my questions - I can't remember what I wanted to know --- but I remember as we talked he walked out to the car while I was on the phone to look and see if the car had something loaded in it that I wanted...usb port?....hmmm. Their website also said it was in excellent condition with no defects. I scheduled a 6 hour trip to test drive the vehicle before i studied the pictures on their website closely because I trusted them When I reviewed each picture closely a day before the trip I realized that there was a large dent behind the right fender. when I called them back to confront them , they reluctantly agreed there was a 12 inch dent. I subsequently canceled my trip before I made the 6 hour drive. I was very disappointed they weren't honest with me from the beginning."
