"Very busy the day we went but I was still happy with the salesman we had.Thank You Jessie.
We knew what we were looking for so things moved along ok. The only thing I would say is to be aware of is any added charges that are applied to the sale. We were buying a used car yet they still insisted that we had to pay a mandatory fee (NY Waste Tire Management Fee - $2.50/ tire) for all tires including the donut spare in the trunk.This fee would only be Applicable if they had put 5 brand new tires on the car (which they didn't). When I called them out on it the salesman seemed to think it had to be on there but when I said that's fine I'll pay the $12.50 but I'll be looking for my new tires.He then looked to the sales manager who said to take it off. It might have been a mistake on the salesman part but yet the manager immediately agreed. It's a minimal fee yet times all the sales can add up for the dealership. Just wondered how many other used car buyers should be getting new tires out of the deal. Overall though a good experience yet be be ready to play the salesman / sales manager waiting game.
