"The first salesman I spoke to said he needed to look into "how much they had in the car" before he could negotiate price - he never contacted me again. A few days later I was sent a form letter e-mail from the dealership checking on the service I received. When I called to let them know I had not been contacted, what turned out to be another salesman in another department just started his sales pitch . . . no apology, no explanation, and certainly no surprise at the poor service I had experienced. In addition, I got a lecture on how expertly their prices were determined when the first salesman made it clear that their prices are based primarily on sunk costs and not what the market will bear."

"Although my car was CPO, I cam to find out it had 4 cupped tires!
When I took it back to service they said the tread wear was within
limits for CPO and they did not offer to check as to the possible
cause. I ended buying 4 new tires from a local tire place and got
a 4 wheel alignment where I found out where 3 of the 4 tires were
out of alignment and the camber was out of line on the fron very
badly. I am not impressed by this dealership!"
