They told me their sister store in Portsmouth New Hampshire still had it but they would give me a call when it came in. I never received a call and decided to call the Portsmouth myself they did not have the car and didnt know where it was. A little more than a week went by and I called Wiscassett again. They said yes "thats the one that looks like an "Edge" right? The salesperson knew zero details on the car but was eager enough to get me down to the dealership to check it out. I arrived to try out the advertised car and they had not run a carfax on it. When I came back from test drive(Had to be a short test drive cause they failed to gas up the car) I was informed that the car had been in two accidents.Needless to say not impressed. "

He was able to go down to meet my monthly payment, but he never told me the loan extended to 6 years instead of 5, until I asked. On day 18 of the 30 day warranty period, the vehicle I bought needed a new starter. I was quoted $425 by them when other garages, specifically Rowe Ford in Auburn, only charges $265(parts and labor). When I bought the vehicle, I was told it has a bumper to bumper warranty for the 1st 30-days. I found out that is not the case - it is actually 50/50. That would've been nice to know up front. Not only that, the ABS light came on and I don't feel confident in bringing it back there to do the work since I don't want to overpay, so I'll just go to my local garage instead."
