He was not pushy, but definitely stood by the price as listed on the car. So there's really not much negotiation going on at this dealership. If you live close by, there's a few perks, i.e., free weekly car wash for the first year, plus free tow if needed within a, I think 100 mile radius, and I believe a once a year look-over of the car all free of charge. However, since we live an hour away, we won't be able to partake in such perks. All and all it was a pleasant experience and the finance guy, Dwight, got us in and out of there quickly. Nobody likes slimy, pushy cars salesmen. I did not get that from Devin. He just stood his ground on the sticker price, but at the same time, the car was reasonably priced. "

Dealer Rating: (11 reviews) "Low pressure-selling staff, answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, I saw no trace of sliminess, agreed to most of my requests, matched another dealer's price, I got a good vibe so far they've seemed trustworthy. I did make a purchase but spent 5 hours at their location while they processed paperwork which could have been done by my bank over the phone in ten minutes, but they insisted it had to be done there; I later learned they get a small $ incentive for such processing, happy for them but not worth the time spent there (and we were not offered even a glass of water all this time!) Overall though I'm satisfied; they have not delivered the car yet, pending fixing small details but I trust they will do that well and I won't have to ammend this good review. I'd buy from them again."

They didn't have my appt schedfuled so I waited 3 hrs for nothing! Then the salesman who sold me the car didn't return my calls 3 times! Also, the transmission seems to be slipping and I will have them check this out as well, but with NO WARRANTY on used cars, I don't expect much from them. This may turn me against car dealers forever."
