I told him that I was going to also look at some vehicles out of state and he stated that the other cars in (the area that I mentioned) were junk and not worth the price they are asking. I live in Grand Rapids Michigan and I obviously knew that Battle Creek was a lot closer than the Chicago area that I mentioned, but yet he sarcastically said, "Battle Creek is closer than Grand Rapids than Chicago." Because of his lack of professionalism, I went and purchased a vehicle in a different area than Heritage Chevrolet. He also insulted me when he said that GM products are better than Honda and that is why they focus on GM vehicles. Well, maybe he doesn't look at Consumers Reports, but Honda and Toyota scored a lot higher than any of the GM cars that were in the same category. I will never deal with Heritage Chevrolet because of the internet sales rep. "
