"When I arrived for my appt to test drive a new car, I was escorted into a little office and asked inane questions, such as "Why are WE looking for a new car right now?" and "How are WE going to pay for this car?" After the test drive, back in the office, I learned that the price online was deceptive and did not include nitrogen tires and a tint package, even though I was assured before coming to test drive that the online price included everything. They also asked for my driver's license, disappeared and left me for over 10 minutes waiting in this office; because they had my driver's license, I could not leave and was trapped there. I will never do business with this dealership."

"I had to do the work. The salesman and used car manager did little other than fill out paperwork. I ended up buying the truck, because of the price on the internet. The truck was supposed to be inspected. They had 3 days to get it done, and were unable to accomplish the task. I called 4 times, to make sure I got both sets of keys. The salesman never followed up. Also, they were unable to fax both ways to my finance company. Subsequenlty, the buyers order was not delivered. I had to follow up with them 3 times for that. "
