I was curious about the Acura MDX but had never driven one. One day I got off from work early and visited Acura of Boston to test drive the car. I was super nervous and my husband stated I should wait for him to get off from work to go. We had so many bad experiences shopping for a car that he didn't think it was wise for me to go alone. Well, I did and it was the best experience ever. I loved the car but the overall experience had me sold. The salesperson Wayne is the best and did not pressure me and asked me if I was comfortable to discuss the price of the car and gave me the space to call my husband to discuss. I finally got in touch with one person and made an appointment to see a specific car. On the day of my appointment they failed to tell me that one of the cars I was coming to see was no longer available and then had me wait over a half hour to see the other car I was interested in. The salesman I ended up with was not one of the people I had communicated with prior and was unapologetic about the delay and the fact that no one informed me earlier that the first car had already been sold (despite the fact that I wrote to check in earlier that day). Overall, I was very unimpressed by the service and would be nervous about purchasing a car from this dealership."
