On top of unrealistic evaluation of vehicle condition and high pricing, they sprang a $500 "doc fee" on me after negotiation a price in the ball park of reasonable and wouldn't budge to offset the added cost. The staff were friendly and the environment at this large dealership is very pleasant, but between faulty pricing and the added $500 fee on top of vehicle price, this is NOT the place to go for a used vehicle!"

I drove for 2 hours each way to see a truck that they said was perfect, it wasn't, had a lot of covered up rust. The worst part of the deal was that when i got there they added $199.00 for window etching and $499.00 for a Conv Fee. He couldn't explain what the Conv fee was but said everyone charged it. He did tell me that is cost them about $3.00 to do the window and they charge $199 for it. Plus there was a $40.00 licensing fee that he agreed to waive. So on a $10,999.00 truck he was adding $700.00 in bogus charges. He knew i drove along way to see the vehicle and really took advantage of it. I think it is a bait and switch scheme, advertise a low price then change the deal when you get there. I am a real customer who was trying to buy a truck, not his competition and he wasted my entire day, tolls, and gas so he could screw me over. Save your self a lot of time and don't bother going to this dealership. I ended up buying a truck in PA. for less than advertised on the web, he charged me $30. title fee and that was it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS."
