I called ahead, before driving 45 minutes one way, asking only one question. "Does the Pontiac Bonneville have leather seats?" He quickly responded/lied "yes" and I drove across town to find cloth seats. Then, tried to sell me a different car and started a convo with someone else half way through showing me a car and never came back. I was utterly unimpressed and would never recommend anyone to go to Best Buy Motors. Worst dealership ever!"
