Dealer Rating: (1 review) "Tyler Chevrolet Cadillac Kia, in Niles Michigan sold me a car which sales team claimed had never been in any accidents, was in perfect working order, and was fully inspected by their BRAND NEW service team. No joke, I looked over the mint carfax, test drove, had my boyfriend look over the vehicle and took home my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. BUT, 3 hrs after I left Tyler's sales lot, the car overheated and shut down, leaving me stranded on my work route in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Nobody at Tyler has responded to the issue except for the Used Car Manager, Mike, and he proceeded to tell me that this car had NEVER been checked by Tyler's service team nor was he going to help with the $1,700 esimate of repairs I was given after the car was towed and inspected by a certified mecahnic. The car does have signs of being involved in an accident and direct parts related to the accident must be replaced to keep engine cool. Oh, and I also bought a $2k service plan with these guys! Yeah, needless to say, I'm still fighting for the compensation in repairs. Sad how often people are taken advantage of in the auto sales business. HORRIBLE."

He said they didn't do those there, but to his knowledge the car had never been in an accident. I paid for and ran the carfax report myself and the car HAD been in an accident. Then after I had already contacted the dealer myself, someone from there kept trying to call me. I don't think they realized I had already called. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer."
